Babak Doustkam, Esq.
Babak “Bobby” Doustkam founded the Law Offices of Doustkam & Associates in 2006, where he began his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, specializing in Personal Injury, Contract Litigation, and Professional Malpractice.
Mr. Doustkam completed a Bachelor’s Degree at UCLA in 2002, and obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2006. Mr. Doustkam currently speaks publically at various law schools and other local venues on aspects of Civil Litigation and Law Practice Start-Up’s and Management.
 Mr. Doustkam is also the founder of Open Book Bar Prep, which provides one-on-one preparation courses for the California Bar Exam and the “Baby” Bar Exam.

Ethan A. Cohen, Esq.
Ethan Cohen joined the Law Offices of Doustkam & Associates in 2009. Mr. Cohen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology from Emory University in 2002, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2006.
Mr. Cohen has published several articles in the areas of Estate Planning and Taxation, and he continues to write with passion.
Mr. Cohen is currently working towards his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at Loyola Law School. Mr. Cohen’s areas of practice include Taxation, Trusts & Estates, and Bankruptcy.
